Directing

I’d best describe my directing style as being holistic. I’ve got hands-on experience with every technical aspect of a production. But I always hold technical goals in tension with the task of getting the best out of a subject. I’ve invested heavily in accumulating the right gear and developing optimal techniques to ensure that technical considerations never get in the way of performance. I set up early and carefully so that, when the talent walks in, they’re instantly at ease.
